QUICK-STEP UNVEILS NEW INNOVATIONS AT IDEAL HOME SHOW 2013

At this year’s Ideal Home Show, held between 15th March and 1st April at London’s Earl’s Court, the flooring solutions company Quick-Step unveiled a number of exciting new innovations in its engineered and laminate wood flooring ranges.

Amongst the new products showcased at the Quick-Step stand were the following:

Imperio Parquet – a brand new range of Quick-Step floors with longer and wider boards, to lend rooms a greater sense of depth, authenticity and superior craftsmanship.

• Variano Parquet – the Quick-Step Variano collection consists of designs made up of small planks in varying widths, finishes and lengths, all made up from leftovers of other flooring products. This innovative and waste-free way of making flooring also has a fantastic aesthetic appeal, as its eye-catching range of textures and distinct reclaimed look are able to bring character to any space.

• New patterns for Villa Parquet range – at the 2013 Ideal Home Show, Quick-Step revealed that it has added new patterns to four designs in its hugely popular Villa Parquet range. The colour of the designs is the same, but the number of strips has been reduced to make each one longer, softer and less marked.
